Fantastic Stay!

amazing views unexpected upgrade tasty options

The resort is located beautifully, I could see amazing sea views everywhere! I especially appreciated the room upgrade I received. The pools had child-friendly zones, perfect for families. The dining options were varied and tasty, I found something new each day.

The gym equipment was a bit outdated, this was the only minor issue .

lunch and dinner buffet provided variety each day. the hotel location was near two beaches. the resort also had several pools.

i did not see black mold in the pools. staff politeness was fine. i didn't notice any issues with the children's play area.

the hotel upgraded our room to a sea view room with a private pool for our honeymoon it was very romantic the restaurant had varied menus every day the food was always delicious i could not stop eating the hotel's beach was fine shops were also nearby

the staff assisted with our luggage upon arrival i found them warm and patient they made us feel very welcome the taxi driver was friendly and helpful he contributed positively to our overall experience.

the hotel includes several pools and a tennis court i found it easy to rent a boat and participate in water activities i enjoyed the concrete beach where i could order cocktails the resort offered all inclusive services i fully expected.

evening entertainment boat rental

I found the resort excellent in every aspect. All staff members were fantastic. the evening entertainment and leisurely walks within the resort were nice. the on-site boat rental and water activities added excitement to the stay (i especially liked the jet ski rentals!).

while the resort was mostly really good, the variety of all-inclusive drinks was limited, a bit disappointing. the available drinks were primarily at the main pool bars. i would have preferred more options at other bars around the hotel.
